General Terms and Conditions of Re-moda.
Conflicting terms and conditions of the customer are only valid if they are expressly accepted by Re-Moda in writing.
Used and personal articles of third parties are offered on the platform.
Consumers are natural persons who conclude a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity,
Purchase contracts are only concluded between the seller and the buyer.
Liability of Re-Moda
Re-Moda provides the digital platform for third parties to sell their goods to buyers.
The purchase contract is only between the seller and the buyer. Re-Moda therefore accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever.
Prices and payments
The offer prices do not include statutory value added tax. Only used items are sold on our marketplace and are not subject to VAT.
Shipping costs are additional. These are shown separately in the "Checkout".
Shipment will be made within 48 hours after final confirmation.
Purchases are paid via PayPal or credit card.
Payments to the seller are made via PayPal.
Article commission
By concluding a contract via the digital platform, the seller incurs an item commission of 15% of the sales price, excluding the flat-rate shipping fee.
5% of the item commission will be donated by Re-Moda on behalf of your valued customers to reforestation projects on all 5 continents.
The item commission is retained directly by Re-Moda when the sales price is paid to the seller.
Liability for the presentation of goods
The seller undertakes only to publish pictures and texts of third parties or which violate legal principles (good morals etc.).
The seller transfers to Re-Moda all copyrights, ancillary copyrights, trademark and labelling rights and other rights necessary for the use, in particular the right to copy, distribute, transmit, broadcast, process, make available to the public, to place in a database and make available for retrieval, to extract from a database and retrieve, to the extent necessary for the execution of the contract.
It entitles Re-Moda to use by means of all known technical procedures as well as all known forms of electronic media, via all fixed and mobile, digital and analogue communication channels.
Obligation to check
Re-Moda is not obliged to check the publications. The legal responsibility for the content lies exclusively with the seller.
The seller is fully liable for all damages arising from copyright reasons, violations of applicable law or virus damage.
